We want you to love your DriveGlow order — but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
Returns & Refunds:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at driveglow@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide the return address.

When your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:

Used or damaged items not caused by us

Orders with custom names, colours, or designs containing customer spelling or input errors (please double-check before confirming your order)

Items damaged during installation due to incorrect fitting or mishandling
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video — we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund straight away.
