Refund Policy

We want you to love your DriveGlow order — but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Returns & Refunds:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, contact us at driveglow@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide the return address.

  • When your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by us

  • Orders with custom names, colours, or designs containing customer spelling or input errors (please double-check before confirming your order)

  • Items damaged during installation due to incorrect fitting or mishandling

Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video — we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund straight away.
